Here, we are pouring concrete into
the footers for the foundation.
We poured  4 foot concrete walls & the
foundation for this new home site.
On this new homesite we put in the road, dug the footers for
the house, put the septic system in and did surrounding dirt
work.
On this property we put in a new road that goes to the river.
The owner wanted the road to put in a boat/canoe ramp.
This is another house site at Duncan's Landing.  Here, we
just covered up the septic system that we put in and the
dozer is leveling dirt around the basement walls.
Here we are working on a pond by
removing debris.  We can build ponds or
clean them out.
Here, we are setting up the concrete forms
to get ready to pour a 10 foot basement .
In this photo, we are pouring concrete into
the footers for the foundation.
Here, we are installing a certified septic
system for a new home.
Concrete foundation & 4 foot crawlspace
for the house.
Here, we are getting a new house site
ready.  We built the road, cleared & leveled
the site, put the septic system in, dug the
footers for the house and poured the
foundation & basement walls.
We did an 8 foot basement with a sliding glass door
opening & several windows. This project was done for
Oak & Regina Hall, owners of Red Oak Realty.
This is another view of Oak Hall's, these walls are done in
our vertabrick pattern on the outside.  We can also do a
smooth look on the outside also.
This is a later shot of Oak's, but with the house added to the top of
the foundation walls.  We will add updated photo's of the house as it
is completed.
This 1800 square ft house was designed with flood gate
doors & built having 13 corners. This one of a kind house
is located on Greenbrier River.
This is called concrete stamping & can be
done with any color that the client chooses.
We went with a dusty brown to make the
concrete look like "real" rock.
This is the concrete stamping shown up
close so that you can see the detail. This
kind of work is done on patio's, walkways,
pools & more.
This multi dimensional plan has 10 foot walls with vertabrick on the inside.
